摘要
组织兴则乡村兴,乡村振兴离不开乡村党组织振兴.黔西南州在乡村党组织建设方面探索出不少成功经验,但仍存在不足.进一步探索乡村党员干部首创精神和"头雁"作用,实现"组织振兴→产业振兴→教育与人才振兴→文化与生态振兴→组织振兴"的"动力"循环机制建构,奋力实现乡村振兴.
Abstract
The prosperity of the countryside requires the revitalization of rural party organizations.has been explored A lot of successful experiences in the construction of rural party organizations in Qianxinan Prefecture,but there are still deficiencies.To further give full play to the pioneering spirit of rural party members and cadres and the role of the"Leading-Goose",to achieve the construction of a"dynamic"cycle mechanism of"organizational revitalization → industrial revitalization → education and talent revitalization → cultural and ecological revitalization → organizational revitalization",and try to achieve rural revitalization.
