材料科学与工程专业人才培养模式探讨——以蚌埠学院为例

摘要
在当前新工科的背景下,社会对高校的人才培养提出了新的要求,地方工科院校以培养具有工程化能力的复合型人才为目标,服务地方产业,促进地方经济发展.基于蚌埠学院实际情况,结合地方经济发展、学科师资队伍建设和支撑条件等方面就材料科学与工程专业新工科建设方案提出几点思考与建议.
Abstract
Facing the new engineering education,new requirements for talent cultivation has been put forward in colleges and universities.Local engineering colleges and universities aim to cultivate compound talents with engineering ability,serve local industries and promote local economic development.Considering the situation of Bengbu University and local economy,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the construction plan of the new engineering major of materials science and engineer-ing in discipline faculty and supporting conditions.
