With the development of the times,the expression methods of culture and art are constantly updating.The traditional audience of opera is gradually aging,and there is a divergence between young and older.In the new era,how to inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese opera culture,which is represented by Huangmei Opera,and creatively inherit traditional drama,is a thought-provoking topic.The research analyzed the current development status and challenges,and explored strategies for better inheriting Huangmei Opera and strengthening the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
