On Hot-spots and Frontier Trends in the Professional Development of Rural Preschool Teachers in China——Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace 6.2.R4
A high-quality team of teachers is the key to realizing quality rural preschool education.Using CiteSpace 6.2.R4 visual analysis tool and knowledge mapping as the main analysis method,this article analyzes 585 documents about the research on rural preschool teachers'professional development in China in CNKI from 2003 to 2022.It shows that the research on the professional development of rural preschool teachers in China shows the following characteristics:from the number of publications,it has entered a period of rapid growth since 2010;from the authors,teachers from colleges and universities are the central force;from research topics,researches focus on the status quo of professional development of rural preschool teachers,the affecting factors,and the countermeasures;from the trend of the research,studies combine policy documents and keep up with the development of the times.For this reason,future study on the professional development of rural preschool teachers in China should strengthen the establishment of the research academic community,explore the depth and breadth of research,and comprehensively utilize a variety of research methods.
