Measurements of Rural Revitalization Level in Guizhou Province
Located in the hinterland of Southwest China,Guizhou was the main battleground in the national poverty alleviation campaign and is a key area in the implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy now.In order to understand the development level of rural vitalization in Guizhou province,combined the general requirements of prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized village style,effective governance and prosperous life in rural vitalization and the integration concept of production,life and ecology,20 evaluation indicators have been selected in this study to construct the evaluation index system of rural vitalization and development and to measure the level of rural vitalization and development in Guizhou Province.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive development level of rural vitalization in Guizhou Province increased steadily from 0.014 in 2011 to 0.223 in 2020,the development level increased 14 times in 10 years.(2)The positive correlation between the level of rural revitalization and economic development is gradually weakening,and the development of agricultural economy,farmers'life and rural ecology is becoming more balanced.(3)The development level of rural vitalization in all cities(prefectures)has improved steadily in the past 10 years,but the overall level of rural vitalization is still low,and there are obvious spatial differences and the development basis and speeds of different regions are not balanced.
