基于PDCA模式下体育教育专业教学质量保障体系构建

摘要
教学质量保障与监控体系是提高教学质量的重要保障,为提升体育教育专业人才培养质量,促进专业教学质量科学化、系统化,构建一个完善的闭合循环教学质量保障体系尤为重要.采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法、层次分析法,以PDCA模式理论为基础,按照P规划设计-D推进落实-C监测反馈-A持续改进的思路,最终构建6 个一级指标,20个二级指标的体育教育教学保障体系.为推进保障体系的构建,提出明确专业定位目标、打造高素质师资队伍、创新人才培养模式、加强教学质量监控等发展建议.
Abstract
The teaching quality assurance and monitoring system are important guarantees for improving the quality of teaching.In order to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in physical education,to promote the scientific and systematic quality of professional teaching,and build a complete closed-loop teaching quality assurance system,it is particularly important.Based on the PDCA model theory,and followed the ideas of P-planning and design,D-promotion and implementation,C-monitoring and feedback,and A-continuous improvement,by using literature review,questionnaire survey,Delphi method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),a physical education professional teaching guarantee system with 6 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators was constructed in the end.To promote the construction of the guarantee system,the research has proposed development suggestions such as clarifying professional positioning goals,building a high-quality teaching staff,innovating talent training models,and strengthening teaching quality monitoring.
