数字金融背景下基于三维结构模型的金融工程人才培养体系构建

在经济体制改革逐步深化、互联网技术逐渐成熟的背景下,我国金融业表现出越来越强劲的发展势头,作为现代化金融生态的重要组成部分和金融业转型升级的核心模块,数字金融开始出现并日渐走向成熟,应用型高校培养的金融工程人才能否满足当前金融行业的需要显得尤为重要.在数字金融背景下,提出应用型高校应重新定位金融工程人才培养目标,基于霍尔三维结构模型并结合当前数字金融发展的特点,以淮南师范学院金融工程专业为例,设计出三维四段式人才培养体系,并进一步提出具体的人才培育措施.
Construction of a Talent Training System for Financial Engineering Based on Three-dimensional Structural Models under the Background of Digital Finance
With the deepening of economic reform and the maturity of Internet technology,China's financial industry has shown an increasingly strong momentum of development.As an important component of the modern financial ecosystem and a core module for the transformation and upgrading of the financial industry,digital finance has begun to emerge and is gradually maturing.It is particularly important for applied universities to cultivate financial engineering talents that can meet the current needs of the financial industry.In the context of digital finance,this study proposes that applied universities should reposition their training goals for finan-cial engineering talents.Based on HSM and combined with the current characteristics of digital finance development,taking the Fi-nancial Engineering major in Huainan Normal University as an example,a three-dimensional four segment talent cultivation system is designed,and specific talent cultivation measures are further proposed.
