Construction of Evaluation Systems of Ideological and Political Education Effectiveness in College English Based on Kirkpatrick's Model
Taking ideological and political education in college English courses as the research object,this study constructs an evaluation system for the effectiveness of ideological and political education in college English courses,which are based on the four core levels of the Kirkpatrick's model through literature analysis,demand research and expert consultation.This system includes 9 primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to assign weights to indicators at all levels and determine the weights of each indicator.The research results show that the overall evaluation of the course,students'extracurricular behavior,achievement of course goals and understanding and application of ideological and political content occupy a significant weight in all evaluation indicators.For improving the quality of ideological and political teaching in college English and provide important references for the evaluation of ideological and political teaching in other fields,teaching suggestions such as ideological and political teaching objectives,cultural teaching content,diversified teaching methods and comprehensive teaching evaluation are proposed at the same time.
