大思政视域下大学生社团的德育路径探索

摘要
大学生社团活动是大思政视域下推进德育教育的重要途径之一.作为学生自发组成的组织,大学生社团的特点在一定程度上契合德育工作的要求,具有可增强大学生的思想政治素质、有利于发展大学生的综合能力和促进大学生心理健康的德育价值.立足于天津医科大学学生社团管理方面的相关实践及其存在的系列问题,明确指出加强大学生社团德育教育的路径:加强社团规范性,完善社团体系;明确社团的发展目标,扩大影响力;加强社团内涵建设,提高学生的文化素质;培育学生的中华民族共同体意识等措施,为促进大学生社团发展、提高高校德育教育水平提供借鉴.
Abstract
From the perspective of ideological and political education,club activities of college students are one of the important ways to promote moral education.As an organization spontaneously formed by students,it meets the requirements of moral education to a certain extent,and it has moral values that can enhance ideological and political qualities,promote the development of comprehensive abilities and mental health.Based on the relevant practices in the management of student clubs at Tianjin Medical University,and in response to the existing problems,this article clearly proposes paths to strengthen moral education in student clubs:strengthening the standardization of clubs,improving the club system,clarifying the development goals of the club,expanding its influence for strengthening the connotation construction of clubs and improving the cultural quality of students.Measures such as cultivating students'awareness of the Chinese national community will provide reference for promoting the development of college student clubs and improve the level of moral education in universities.
