家校社三位一体共建幼儿园劳动教育的实践探究

劳动教育是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,分析和探讨当前家庭、学校、社会一体化的幼儿园劳动教育的价值、不足和实施路径,是当前学前教育研究的热点问题.分析当前幼儿劳动教育存在的问题,如政策支持不足、劳动教育师资不足、课程体系不完善、家庭劳动教育意识不强、社区资源缺乏等.研究提出家校社三位一体共建幼儿劳动教育的实施路径,如有关部门的政策引领、学校深入挖掘资源建设特色课程、家校社一体优势互补,期望推动民族地区幼儿园劳动教育创新发展,为其提供有益的借鉴和参考.
Exploring the Practice of Joint Construction of Kindergarten Labor Education by Families,Schools,and Communities
Labor education is an important way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.Analyzing and exploring the value,shortcomings and implementation paths of labor education in kindergartens that integrate families,schools and society is a hot topic in current research on preschool education.Based on the current problems in early childhood labor education,such as insufficient policy support,insufficient labor education teachers,incomplete curriculum system,weak awareness of family labor education,and lack of community resources,this study proposes the implementation path of integrating family,school and society to jointly build early childhood labor education:policy guidance from relevant departments,in-depth exploration of resources by schools to build characteristic courses,and complementary advantages of family,school,and community integration.We hope that this study can promote the innovative development of labor education in kindergartens in ethnic regions and provide useful references and guidance for them.
