摘要
智慧城市是新一代信息技术发展与运用的产物,它体现了城市形态演进的逻辑,是未来城市发展的方向.经过十余年的努力,我国建成了一批智慧城市,但离高水平运转与可持续发展目标要求还有很大的距离.基于此,从智慧城市建设机理分析入手,探索我国智慧城市建设的实践历程,探讨实际存在的关键问题与短板,提出智慧城市高质量发展的具体路径与方法.
Abstract
Smart cities,as a product of the development and application of new generation information technology,embody the logic of urban form evolution and are the direction of future urban development.After more than a decade of efforts,China has built a number of smart cities,but there is still a long way to go before achieving high-level operation and sustainable development goals.Based on this,the article starts with the analysis of the mechanism of smart city construction,explores its practical process in China,discusses the key problems and shortcomings in reality,and proposes specific paths and methods for its high-quality development.
