Job Satisfaction of Preschool Teachers in China:Measurement,Current Situation,Influencing Factors and Effects
By reviewing relevant literatures and questionnaires,there are two ways used to measure the job satisfaction of preschool teachers in China.The results show that their job satisfaction is at an above average level.Among them,factors such as gender,work-family balance,employment status,income level,work pressure,fairness in job distribution,professional identity,emotional regulation methods,social support,and emotional labor of kindergarten teachers can also affect their job satisfaction.The teachers'job satisfaction can predict their work engagement,happiness,job burnout,and turnover intention.In the future,further research can be conducted on the relationships among the age,personality,work values,types of kindergartens,social comparison of professions,and job satisfaction.In terms of research methods,longitudinal tracking research,experimental methods,comparative research,interview methods,etc.can be used to strengthen research in this field.
