摘要
通过梳理相关文献发现,国内对幼儿教师的工作满意度的测量主要采用整体工作满意度量表和教师工作满意度问卷;幼儿教师的工作满意度处于中等偏上水平;大多数研究显示,性别、工作与家庭平衡状况、编制状况、收入情况、工作压力、工作分配公平性、职业认同、情绪调节方式、社会支持、情绪劳动等因素会影响幼儿教师的工作满意度,幼儿教师工作满意度能预测其工作投入、幸福感、职业倦怠和离职倾向等.今后可对年龄、幼儿园性质、人格、工作价值观、社会比较倾向与幼儿教师工作满意度的关系,及幼儿教师工作满意度的作用方面开展进一步研究;研究方法上,可采用纵向追踪研究法、实验法、比较研究法、访谈法等加强对该领域的研究.
Abstract
By reviewing relevant literatures and questionnaires,there are two ways used to measure the job satisfaction of preschool teachers in China.The results show that their job satisfaction is at an above average level.Among them,factors such as gender,work-family balance,employment status,income level,work pressure,fairness in job distribution,professional identity,emotional regulation methods,social support,and emotional labor of kindergarten teachers can also affect their job satisfaction.The teachers'job satisfaction can predict their work engagement,happiness,job burnout,and turnover intention.In the future,further research can be conducted on the relationships among the age,personality,work values,types of kindergartens,social comparison of professions,and job satisfaction.In terms of research methods,longitudinal tracking research,experimental methods,comparative research,interview methods,etc.can be used to strengthen research in this field.
