An Innovative Mechanism of Practical Education in Ethnology from the Perspective of"Three-All Education"——Taking Guizhou M University as an Example
The"Three-All Education"is an important measure to promote ideological and political work in universities in the new era,and its fundamental task is to cultivate students'morality and talents.Field investigations,used as an important means of im-plementing comprehensive and all-round education for all staff,emphasize practical education.The ethnic study group at M University in Guizhou strengthens discipline construction at a macro level;expands practical bases,strengthens curriculum design at a meso lev-el;enriches practical forms,promotes student exchange at a micro level;empowers self-growth,and promotes practical teaching reform at multiple levels.The"Three-All Education"has enriched the education subject,extended the education process,and expanded the field of education.In strengthening practical teaching,it is necessary to further deepen reforms in tracking feedback mechanisms,in-creasing funding,improving the integration of industry,academia,and research,and sustainably promote the advancement of our major with the times,cultivating new quality productive talents needed for social development in the new era.
