In the process of consolidating the sense of Chinese national community and according to its own characteristics,eth-nic work has been actively promoted in Qianxinan in the new era.Based on a long-term perspective and bold innovation,there are many unique features especially in terms of implementation path and practical experience.Adapting to the cultural and geographical characteristics of Qiannan,educational development and environmental protection are important aspects of ethnic work.For promoting key work,various resources has been effectively used and achieved twice the result with half the effort.In short,the"top-level design"in ethnic work requires long-term persistence,and the"bottom-up strategies"from grassroots society are also worth exploring and promoting.
