摘要
位于兴义的笔山书院历经五次兴替,历史上的四座笔山书院在办学性质上除第一座外都是官办,第五座笔山书院是新时代地方政府实施"文教兴州"战略的成果.历史上的四座笔山书院在开启民智,教化民众方面起到了重要作用,第五座笔山书院以立德树人为办学宗旨,培养时代新人.要让教育服务和造福广大民众,培养和造就新时代的大先生,树立以学生为中心的教育理念.
Abstract
Located in Xingyi city,Bishan Academy has undergone five transformations.Except for the first period of time,Bishan academy are government-owned.And as a strategic achievement of"cultural and educational revitalization",which is improved by the government now.The old Bishan Academies had played an important role in opening up the minds of the people and educating them.The new Bishan Academy aims to cultivate morality and nurture new talents in the era.To enable education to serve and benefit the general public,we need to cultivate and nurture outstanding talents for the new era,and establish a student-centered educational philosophy.
