The Theory Logic and Realization Path of Xiong'an New Area to Narrow the Public Service Gap with Beijing
The narrowing of the public service gap between Xiong'an New Area and Beijing is an important prerequisite for the orderly removal of Beijing's non-capital functions and an essential requirement for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and plays a leading role in promoting common prosperity, regional coordination,high-quality development and theoretical and practical innovation of Chinese-style modernization.Over the past seven years,Xiong'an New Area has adhered to a people-centered approach to equalizing basic public services, and has taken the lead in making breakthroughs in key areas such as education, medical care, social security, employment and housing. However, due to different stages of economic development, the gap between Xiong'an New Area and Beijing in public services is still large, and there are problems such as unbalanced resource distribution, resistance to Beijing's functional decentralization, insufficient supply capacity of Xiong'an itself, and imperfect co-construction and sharing mechanism. It is suggested to correctly handle the relationship between the government and the market, starting from several aspects, such as optimizing the layout of public service resources, improving the supporting policy system, innovating the supply of public services, and promoting the co-construction and sharing of public services, take the lead in promoting the equalization of basic public services, dynamically expanding the supply of inclusive non-basic public services, and constantly meeting the people's increasingly diversified demand for public services.
