Research on the Standardized Development of Sharing Economy in Smart Cities
The smart city and sharing economy are the focus of current academic and policy discussions,as well as the main trend of urban development.The concept of smart cities and sharing economy have strong relevance.The shared concept,digital technology,data-driven,and localization constitute matching common elements between them.The relationship between smart cities and sharing economy is a two-way interaction.Sharing economy not only relies on unique urban conditions,but also brings transformative impact to the city.The continuous development of the sharing economy also challenges urban governance,causing issues such as intensifying local negative externalities,disrupting market competition order,regulatory frictions,and regulatory conflicts.To promote the regulated development of the sharing economy in smart cities,local governments are recommended to optimize the business environment for the development of the sharing economy,explore experimental regulation,and form a consultative and collaborative governance model to achieve smart governance in smart cities.
