Research on the Logic of"Green Rural Revival Program"and Promoting Common Prosperity in Yangtze River Delta Region
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"Chinese-style modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all the people."How to clarify the logical relationship between comprehensive land consolidation,"Green Rural Revival Program"and common prosperity is of great significance for exploring the common prosperity gap and its causes in the Yangtze River Delta region,and how to deepen the basic ideas and paths of land consolidation to promote common prosperity in the Yangtze River Delta region.It is found that there is a complementary relationship between comprehensive land improvement and"Green Rural Revival Program",common prosperity is the ultimate goal of both,and the construction of common prosperity unit is an effective way to achieve common prosperity.The common wealth gap within the Yangtze River Delta region and among provinces and cities is mainly caused by the differences in location conditions,resource endowments,ecological environment and other factors.In the context of the pursuit of common prosperity and the integration of urban and rural areas,we should take high-quality supply as the main line to lead the creation of new demand,based on the comprehensive improvement of land and the construction of"Green Rural Revival Program",promote the allocation of national land and spatial resources elements to adapt to the optimization of the distribution of modern productive forces for common prosperity,and create a modern basic unit of common prosperity in the whole region.We will promote the comprehensive treatment of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasslands and the integrated development of industry,cities,people,culture,scenery and health,and promote the improvement of regional governance.
