Corporate social responsibility is an issue which modern enterprise cannot avoid,and an issue many scholars is keen to explore and study.Under the circumstance of enterprises＇ pursuing their maximum profits,it becomes a dilemma decision for many enterprises to how to coordinate the relationship between the enterprises interests and corporate social responsibility.This article re-exanimate the social responsibility from the perspective of symbiosis,and believes that the objective of corporate＇ assuming the social responsibility is to realize harmonious coexistence of all stakeholders so as to maintain the businesses＇ sustainable,stable,and healthy development.
