Based on the new human capital theory and trait activation theory,this paper explores the impact of craftsmanship spirit on dual innovation behavior of manufacturing employees,the mediating role of learning goal orientation,and the role boundary of the research path in the atmosphere of organizational innovation.Through the data analysis of 352 samples of manufacturing employees,the results show that the craftsman spirit has a significant positive prediction effect on both exploratory innovation and utilization innovation behavior;learning goal orientation plays a partial mediating role between the craftsman spirit and the utilization innovation behavior and the exploratory innovation behavior;the perception of organizational innovation atmosphere can regulate the intermediary effect of learning goal orientation in craftsman spirit,exploratory innovation behavior and utilization innovation behavior.Therefore,manufacturing enterprises should attach importance to the cultivation of employees'craftsman spirit and take targeted measures to stimulate employee dual innovation behavior,pay attention to employees'learning initiative and learning goal orientation,and create an organizational innovation atmosphere for employees.
