资源编排、动态能力与"专精特新"中小企业迭代成长——以T-MOTOR公司为例

摘要
逆全球化背景下"专精特新"中小企业如何实现迭代成长成为社会关注焦点.本文基于案例分析探讨"专精特新"中小企业如何通过资源编排行为形成适配能力推动自身迭代成长.研究发现:"专精特新"中小企业迭代成长路径包含核心领域专精产品供应、特色解决方案提供和高端系统创新集成 3 个阶段,在不同阶段的资源编排过程中,都存在"资源构建—资源捆绑—资源利用"管理流程.企业差异化资源编排方式会促使企业动态能力进行"聚焦产品质量的精进能力—聚焦技术突破的探索能力—聚焦创新进阶的双元能力"演变.因此,应从打造有力战略支撑、统筹有效资源分配和构建有为政府引导三个方面进一步促进"专精特新"中小企业成长.
Abstract
Under the background of anti-globalization,how to realize the iterative growth of"specialized,refined,differential and innovative"SMEs has become the focus of social attention.Based on the case study,this paper explores how"specialized,refined,differential and innovative"SMEs form adaptation ability to promote their iterative growth through resource arrangement behavior.It is found that the iterative growth path of"specialized,refined,differential and innovative"SMEs includes three stages:the supply of specialized products in core fields,the provision of characteristic solutions and the integration of high-end system innovation.In the process of resource arrangement at different stages,there is a management process of"resource construction-resource binding-resource utilization".The differentiated resource arrangement of enterprises will promote the evolution of enterprise dynamic capability of"focusing on product quality refinement-focusing on technological breakthrough exploration-focusing on dual ability of innovation and advancement".Therefore,we should further promote the growth of"specialized,refined,differential and innovative"SMEs from three aspects:building strong strategic support,coordinating effective resource allocation and building government guidance.
