With the continuous advancement of ecological civilization construction,digital technology innovation can effectively drive the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and influence the level of corporate green governance.Based on the panel data of A-share manufacturing listed enterprises from 2010 to 2021,this paper explores the impact of digital technology innovation on the green governance level of manufacturing enterprises.The empirical analysis results show that digital technology innovation is conducive to promoting the green governance level of manufacturing enterprises,and it is still significant after a series of robustness tests.The promotion effect of digital technology innovation on the green governance level of manufacturing enterprises has certain heterogeneity at the level of enterprises,industries and regions.The mechanism test shows that total factor productivity and financing constraints play a partial mediating effect between digital technology innovation and the green governance level of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,feasible suggestions are put forward to explore the advantages of digital technology innovation and development,stimulate the vitality of total factor productivity,accelerate the flow of financial resources,and formulate flexible digital technology development strategies,so as to improve the green governance level of manufacturing enterprises.
