"虚实融合"如何赋能中国制造企业高质量发展——来自制造业与互联网融合发展试点的证据

摘要
推进中国制造企业高质量发展是中国式现代化的必然要求,也是构建大国竞争优势的迫切需要和实现中国经济高质量发展的战略选择.本文研究制造业与互联网融合发展试点如何影响中国制造企业高质量发展,并探究制造业与互联网融合发展试点影响中国制造企业高质量发展的作用机制.研究发现:制造业与互联网融合发展试点对中国制造企业高质量发展具有显著正向影响.异质性检验发现:制造业与互联网融合发展试点对不同地区、不同规模、不同股权性质、不同技术水平的制造企业的影响呈现显著异质性.机制检验发现:制造业与互联网融合发展试点主要借助信息、资金和人力资本三条路径推进中国制造企业的高质量发展.为此,政府可以进一步推进制造业与互联网的深度融合,因地制宜、精准施策;企业则可以优化内部要素资源配置,以此赋能制造企业高质量发展.
Abstract
Promoting the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is an inevitable requirement of Chinese-style modernization,an urgent need to build the competitive advantage of a great power,and a strategic choice to achieve high-quality economic development of China.This paper studies how the manufacturing Internet integration pilot influences the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,and explore the mechanism of manufacturing Internet integration pilot influencing the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.It is found that the manufacturing Internet integration pilot has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.The heterogeneity test show that the impact of the manufacturing Internet integration pilot on manufacturing enterprises in different regions,different scales,different equity nature,and different technology levels presents significant heterogeneity.The mechanism test show that manufacturing Internet integration pilot mainly uses three paths such as information,capital and human capital to promote the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.Accordingly,the government can further promote the deep integration of Internet manufacturing,and take precise measures according to local conditions;enterprises can optimize the allocation of internal factor resources,so as to empower the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.
