Questions such as"whether"and"how"digital business strategies can improve the digital innovation performance of enterprises have not been systematically studied in the existing literature.Based on the perspective of dynamic capability, this paper carries out theoretical research on the mechanism of digital business strategy on the influence of enterprise digital innovation performance, and empirically tests the theoretical model with hierarchical regression method and 183 research sample data. The results show that the digital business strategy not only has an obvious promotion effect on enterprise digital innovation, but also is conducive to the shaping of enterprise dynamic ability, and improves the digital innovation performance of enterprises through the intermediary role of dynamic ability.Organizational inertia has a reverse moderating effect on the relationship between digital business strategies and dynamic capabilities, while technological turbulence plays an inverted"U"-shaped role in regulating the relationship between dynamic ability and digital innovation performance. Therefore, enterprises should strengthen their digital business strategies, avoid excessive organizational inertia, and continuously monitor the degree of technological turbulence in order to better enhance their digital innovation performance.
