Today's society has entered the digital era.The digital platform economy,as an important part of the digital economy,has become an important part of China's high-quality economic development.Platform external links blocking is a byproduct of increasing competition among digital platforms.The blocking of external links on digital platforms will inhibit the benign competition of the platform economy,resulting in disorderly expansion and a situation where the strong take all.Through the definition of the connotation,and the analysis of the illegal characterization and the nature of the behavior of external link blocking on digital platforms,this paper holds that the nature of the behavior belongs to"other behaviors abusing the dominant position of the market"regulated by China's antitrust law.At the same time,there are exemptions such as blocking garbage external links,shielding the cheating chain and illegal information.Therefore,we can learn from the EU's"gatekeeper"approach and improve relevant legislation to assign special obligations to super platforms;establish the theory of necessary infrastructure and improve the antitrust legislation in two aspects to optimize the antitrust legislation and regulations on the blocking of external links of the digital platform.
