新质生产力是对我国经济高质量发展实践的新提炼和新概括,具有重大的实践意义,也是高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点.加快发展新质生产力的基本内涵和核心要义需要从发展理念、构成要素、产业形态和宏观态势上进行理解和把握.建设与新质生产力相适应的现代化产业体系需要促进产业向高端化、智能化、绿色化迈进.应从把握和利用新时代要素禀赋升级、技术创新逻辑、产业分工逻辑、产业链供应链优化升级逻辑以及经济发展规律出发,以新质生产力大力推进现代化产业体系建设.
Abstract
New quality productivity is a new refinement and summary of China's high-quality economic development practice,which has significant practical significance and is also an inherent requirement and important focus of high-quality development.The basic connotation and core essence of accelerating the development of new quality productive forces need to be understood and grasped from the perspectives of development concepts,constituent elements,industrial forms,and macro trends.Building a modern industrial system that is compatible with new quality productivity requires promoting industries to move towards high-end,intelligent,green development.Starting from grasping and utilizing the upgrading of new era factor endowments,technological innovation logic,industrial division logic,logic of industrial chain and supply chain optimization and upgrading,and economic development laws,we will vigorously promote the construction of modern industrial system with new quality productivity.
