数字化发展如何影响企业劳动力资源配置效率

摘要
如何利用数字化技术提高企业劳动力资源配置效率,对企业实现高质量发展至关重要.本文以 2010-2020 年中国上市公司为样本,研究数字化发展对企业劳动力资源配置效率的影响.研究发现:数字化发展水平提高能促进企业劳动力资源配置效率提升;提高企业管理水平、降低运营成本和融资约束是数字化发展提高企业劳动力资源配置效率的重要渠道;在小规模企业、非垄断行业和内陆地区数字化发展水平提高对企业劳动力资源配置效率促进作用更强;提高企业数字化发展水平能促进生产效率提升.因此,建议加大数字化发展力度,多措并举完善相关配套;充分考虑数字化发展特征,差异化制定实施战略;增强数字化发展关键要素改革,多维发力提高要素匹配.
Abstract
How to use digital technology to improve the efficiency of corporate labor resource allocation is crucial for companies to achieve high-quality development.This paper takes Chinese listed companies from 2010 to 2020 as a sample to study the impact of digital development on the efficiency of enterprise labor resource allocation.It is found that the improvement of digital development level can promote the efficiency of enterprise labor resource allocation;improving enterprise management level,reducing operating costs and financing constraints are important channels for digital development to improve the efficiency of enterprise labor resource allocation;improving the level of digital development has a stronger promotion effect on enterprise labor resource allocation efficiency in small-scale enterprises,non-monopolistic industries and inland regions;improving the digital development level of enterprises can promote the production efficiency.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the digital development,and take multiple measures to improve the relevant supporting facilities;fully consider the characteristics of digital development and formulate differentiated implementation strategies;strengthen the reform of key elements of digital development,and make multi-dimensional efforts to improve factor matching.
