经济安全是总体国家安全的基础.作为社会主义生产方式的最重要载体和最关键支柱,我国国有企业在维护我国经济安全方面发挥基础性、导向性、全局性的重要作用.国有企业维护我国经济安全的生成逻辑是理论逻辑、历史逻辑与实践逻辑的统一.国有企业为新中国奠定了工业基础与国民经济发展基础,并在后续发展中通过捍卫独立自主经济发展道路、维护社会主义经济制度、控制国民经济命脉和主导国民经济发展,有力地维护了我国经济安全.在推进中国式现代化伟大实践中,国有企业要积极促进共同富裕、推动重大技术创新、稳定经济运行、引导市场经济健康发展,切实维护我国经济安全.
Abstract
Economic security is the foundation of overall national security.As the most important carrier and key pillar of the socialist production mode,China's state-owned enterprises play a fundamental,guiding and overall role in safeguarding China's economic security.The generative logic of state-owned enterprises to maintain China's economic security is the unity of theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.State-owned enterprises have laid the industrial foundation and national economic development foundation for New China,and in the subsequent development,they have effectively safeguarded China's economic security by defending the independent economic development path,maintaining the socialist economic system,controlling the lifeline of the national economy and leading the development of the national economic development.In the great practice of promoting Chinese-style modernization,state-owned enterprises should actively promote common prosperity,accelerate major technological innovation,stabilize economic operation,guide the healthy development of market economy,and effectively safeguard China's economic security.
