C2M电商助力制造企业数字化升级的机理及路径

摘要
随着信息技术及我国经济社会的迅猛发展,互联网由消费互联网走向工业互联网,C2M电商模式脱颖而出,众多品牌制造企业纷纷结合C2M电商,助力企业的数字化升级.在升级机理上,C2M电商将消费者与生产制造企业实现端到端的直接互联,使得消费端到生产端的供应链数字化升级日新月异,纵向上下游节点数据打通共享,横向同类供应商多家接入,按业务不断延展,形成产业网链.品牌制造企业通过C2M电商,从消费端收集消费者的动态需求,到未来潮流产品预测,再到产品研发的数字化、产品的柔性化生产与产品营销数字化,连通并共享产业链上的大数据,为企业的生产经营数据赋能,创新商业模式,形成产业数字生态圈,不断创造新的价值,实现数字化升级.在升级路径上,依次从产品信息充分数字化、实施C2M电商全渠道数字化营销、产品研发设计的数字化、到采购生产销售物流全流程供应链的数字化升级,最终实现生产经营大数据为企业生产经营数据赋能.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and China's economy and society,the Internet is moving from consumer Internet to industrial Internet,and C2M e-commerce model stands out.Many brand manufacturing enterprises have combined with C2M e-commerce to help enterprises with digital upgrade.In terms of upgrade mechanism,C2M e-commerce realizes end-to-end direct interconnection between consumers and manufacturing enterprises,making the digital upgrade of the supply chain from the consumption end to the production end change with every day.The vertical upstream and downstream node data is connected and shared,and multiple similar suppliers are connected horizontally,and the business is continuously extended to form an industrial network chain.Through C2M e-commerce,brand manufacturing enterprises can connect and share big data in the industrial chain from the collection of consumers'dynamic needs on the consumer side,to the prediction of future trendy products,to the digitalization of product research and development,flexible production and product marketing,so as to empower the production and operation data of enterprises,innovate business models,form an industrial digital ecosystem,continuously create new value,and achieve digital upgrading.On the upgrade path,from the full digitization of product information,the implementation of C2M e-commerce omni-channel digital marketing,the digitization of product R&D and design,to the digital upgrade of the whole process supply chain from procurement,production,sales and logistics,and finally big data of the production and operation can empower production and operation data of enterprises.
