国内大市场优势与现代化产业体系建设:理论探讨与实证检验

摘要
在新一轮科技和产业革命推动下,凭借国内大市场优势加速推进现代化产业体系建设,成为新时期实现中国经济高质量发展的重要路径.基于国内大市场优势与现代化产业体系建设的理论探讨,借助 2013-2022 年我国 30 个省份(不含西藏和港澳台地区)样本数据,对二者关系展开实证检验.结果显示:国内大市场优势对现代化产业体系建设具有显著正向影响,且经过一系列内生性与稳健性检验后该结论依旧成立;国内大市场优势能够通过提高创新创业活跃度,加速现代化产业体系建设;国内大市场优势对高法制环境地区以及东部地区现代化产业体系建设的促进作用更强.据此,提出优化配套发展环境、完善创新创业生态、加强针对性政策体系建设的对策建议,为加速现代化产业体系建设提供参考.
Abstract
Driven by the new round of technological and industrial revolution,how to accelerate the construction of modern industrial system by virtue of the advantages of large domestic market has become an important path to achieve high-quality development of China's economy in the new era.Based on the theoretical discussion of the advantages of large domestic market and the construction of modern industrial system,this article uses sample data from 30 provinces in China(excluding Tibet and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2013 to 2022 to empirically test the relationship between them.The results show that the advantage of large domestic market has a significant positive impact on the construction of modern industrial system,and the conclusion still holds after a series of endogenous and robustness tests.The advantage of large domestic market can accelerate the construction of modern industrial system by increasing the activity of innovation and entrepreneurship.The advantage of large domestic market plays a stronger role in promoting the construction of modern industrial system in areas with high legal environment and the eastern region.Accordingly,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on optimizing supporting development environment,improving innovation and entrepreneurship ecology,and strengthening the construction targeted policy system,so as to provide reference for accelerating the construction of modern industrial system.
