数实产业技术融合与制造企业高质量发展

摘要
推进高水平对外开放战略对制造企业的高质量发展提出了新目标,而数实产业技术融合为这一目标的实现提供了新动能.本文立足高水平开放背景构建了制造企业高质量发展的指标体系,并利用 2017-2022 年制造业上市公司面板数据,实证检验了数实产业技术融合影响制造企业高质量发展的机制.研究发现:数实产业技术融合显著促进了制造企业的高质量发展,其正向作用主要经由人力资本结构调整和资产结构调整的中介机制实现,政府宏观层面的区域创新环境和企业微观层面的管理层能力均对基准关系发挥着积极的调节效应.基于此,制造企业应当高度重视发展数实产业技术融合,并畅通其作用渠道.同时,政府和企业都应注意塑造有利于数实产业技术融合发展的宏观及微观环境.
Abstract
The implementation of a high-level opening-up strategy proposes new targets for the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises,and the technology integration of digital and real economy industries provides new momentum for the realization of this goal.Based on the context of high-level opening up,this paper constructs index system of the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises and empirically tests the mechanisms through which the integration of digital and real economy industries influences this development by using panel data of listed manufacturing companies from 2017 to 2022.It is found that the integration of digital and real industry technology significantly promotes the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.The positive impact is mainly achieved through the intermediary mechanisms of human capital structure adjustment and asset structure adjustment.The regional innovation environment at the macro level of the government and the management ability at the micro level of enterprises both play a positive regulatory effect on the baseline relationship.Based on this,manufacturing enterprises should attach great importance to the development of digital real industrial technology integration,and smooth their role channels.At the same time,both the government and enterprises should pay attention to shaping the macro and micro environment conducive to the integration and development of digital and real industrial technology.
