CEO数字化支持行为对供应链企业数字化转型的影响机制研究

摘要
数字经济时代,信息数据作为核心生产要素对供应链企业的发展具有重要作用.本文利用结构方程模型(SEM)与模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA)分析CEO数字化支持行为对供应链企业数字化转型的影响.结果发现:CEO数字化支持行为对企业数字化转型有正向影响,数字技术跃迁、数字设施搭建、信息系统协同在CEO数字化支持行为与数字化转型之间起多重中介作用.CEO数字化支持行为、数字技术跃迁、数字设施搭建、信息系统协同四个变量的组合形成 6 条高和 6 条非高数字化转型路径.因此,CEO在供应链企业数字化转型过程中应加大支持力度,积极推进企业数字技术提升和数字设施平台的搭建,促成供应链企业之间的信息协同.
Abstract
In the era of digital economy,information data,as a core production factor,plays an important and positive role in the development of supply chain enterprises.This study uses Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)and Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)to analyze the impact of CEO digital support behavior on the digital transformation of supply chain enterprises.The results show that the CEO digital support behavior has a positive impact on the digital transformation of enterprises.The transition of digital technology,digital facility construction and information system collaboration play a multiple intermediary role between the CEO digital support behavior and the digital transformation.The combination of four variables,namely CEO digital support behavior,digital technology transition,digital facility construction,and information system collaboration,forms 6 high and 6 non-high digital transformation paths.Therefore,CEOs should increase their support in the process of digital transformation of supply chain enterprises,actively promote the enterprise digital technology and the construction of digital facilities platform,and promote the information collaboration among supply chain enterprises.
