With its unique characteristics of convergence,self-growth and openness,digital innovation is reshaping new development pattern and becoming an important engine for high-quality development.This paper analyzes the mechanism of digital innovation empowering high-quality development from micro,meso and macro levels.At the micro level,with the enterprise as the starting point and the digital technology innovation as the basis,the innovation of processes,products,services,organization forms and business models should be empowered to enhance the competitive vitality of enterprises;at the meso level,we should take the industry as the starting point to promote industrial digitalization and digital industrialization;at the macro level,we should improve economic,social and technological environment,hard environment of infrastructure and soft environment of resources,improve digital governance,bridge the digital divide,and promote the stability of economic growth,balanced development,environmental sustainability and social equity.From the four dimensions of quality,efficiency,power and structure,this paper investigates practical dilemmas of digital innovation empowering high-quality development,that is,unsmooth technology value-added chain,insufficient data sharing and application,lagging talent team construction as well as unbalanced industrial supply-demand structure.Finally,from these four dimensions,this paper puts forward the solution path of releasing technology value,promoting data mechanism,strengthening talent support,and building solid digital foundation,so as to provide some ideas for the high-quality development of China.
