In the stage of digital economy assisting high-quality development,whether enterprises can solve the"productivity paradox"through digital transformation is a realistic proposition worthy of attention.Based on CNRDS database,this paper uses the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022 for empirical analysis.The results show that digital transformation can solve productivity paradox of enterprises effectively and improve the total factor productivity of enterprises;Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the positive impact of digital transformation is more pronounced in state-owned enterprises,large enterprises,and non-manufacturing industries;Further analysis shows that the digital transformation of enterprises improves the total factor productivity of enterprises by enhancing the effect of independent innovation and giving full play to the optimization effect of human capital.Therefore,enterprises should seize the opportunity of digital transformation,strengthen the digital collaboration between enterprises with differentiated transformation strategies,give full play to the advantages of human capital,and actively promote the digital transformation.
