Internet platform decoupling has become a difficult problem in social governance,and the social responsibility governance system of the platform still lacks systematic deconstruction.Based on the qualitative text data of the bilateral platform in the social responsibility report of the Internet Platform in 2021-2022,this paper analyzes the data from the perspective of platform organization and platform field by using rooted theory program coding.It is found that bilateral platform social responsibility governance is a multi-layer circulation system with meta-governance as the cornerstone and organizational governance as the core,including the triple cycle mechanism of stakeholders outside the organization,organizational ecological stakeholders and stakeholders within the organization.Based on the multi-layer cycle model of social responsibility governance of bilateral platforms,the government and other governance subjects should guide the platform to build a clear multi-layer cycle system of social responsibility.Internet bilateral platforms need to play a constructive role in positive responsibility governance centered on consumer responsibility,and improve the governance mechanism for new pan-organizational stakeholders such as couriers and takeaway riders.
