Digital new quality productivity is an important focus for unimpeded domestic circulation and promoting green and high-quality development.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level administrative regions(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet)in China from 2011 to 2023,the relationship between digital new quality productivity,domestic value chain circulation and green high-quality development is empirically investigated.The research results show that the digital new quality productivity can positively drive the improvement of green high-quality development level,among which the domestic value chain circulation plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between them.Digital new quality productivity is more effective in promoting green and high-quality development in South China and high human capital areas.There is a single threshold effect of intellectual property protection,which makes the promoting effect of digital new quality productivity present a non-linear feature of marginal increase.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the construction of digital industry clusters,improve the market-oriented reform mechanism,and improve the protection of intellectual property rights system,so as to provide reference for accelerating the cultivation of digital new quality productivity and promoting the construction of a beautiful China.
