Since the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,the financial industry in Hainan has developed steadily on the whole,attaching importance to the development of financial innovation and strengthening the effective pre-vention of financial risks.At the same time,Hainan Province has increasingly improved the financial policy framework of the free trade port and deepened the opening and innovation of the financial sector.Although the economic and finan-cial scale of Hainan Free Trade Port is small,we still need to pay attention to the contagion of systemic financial risks,such as local government debt risk,real estate financial risk,banking financial risk,financial innovation risk and regulatory risk.Hainan Province can draw on the experience of financial risk prevention and control in coastal free trade zones such as Shanghai and Guangdong,improve the macroscopic prudential policy framework and modern financial regulatory system,optimize the financial ecological environment,attach importance to and introduce high-level financial talents,establish and improve regulatory coordination mechanism and risk warning mechanism,and effectively prevent and control financial risks.
