Expression Analysis of Heat Shock Protein 70(HSP70)Gene in Eleutheronema tetradactylum
Eleutheronema tetradactylum is a valuable marine fish,which is susceptible to damage during transportation due to its strong response to stress.As a heat shock protein(HSP),HSP70,the most important member of the HSP family,plays a crucial role in cellular protein folding and cellular adaptation to stress.By comparing the antioxidant capacity and stress response of the larval and juvenile fish under transportation stress,histological observations of juvenile gill tissues were conducted to explore the tissue expression patterns of the heat shock protein HSP70 gene and the expression differ-ences between larvae and juveniles.Significant differences in antioxidant capacity and HSP70 expression between larval and juvenile Eleutheronema tetradactylum under transportation stress were confirmed,thus highlighting the potential of HSP70 ex-pression as biological indicators for assessing stress response and aquaculture management effectiveness.
