海南港口物流效率评价及其影响因素——基于DEA-Tobit模型

选取海口港、三亚港、洋浦港和八所港4个港口作为研究对象,以其2013-2022年近10年的数据作为效率评价的基础,并运用DEA-Tobit模型对海南港口物流效率评价以及其影响效率因素分析。研究结果表明,海口港的物流效率值最高,近几年均达到DEA有效,发展最好;洋浦港的发展循序渐进,一年比一年好,2022年达到DEA有效;三亚港规模效率值偏低导致综合效率值偏低,近几年发展停滞不前;八所港的整体发展较为平缓,但对港口技术方面的投资较多,技术方面所带来的经济效益较为突出。在影响因素中,港口城市对外贸易总额对港口物流效率呈正向显著相关,港口城市对外贸易总额对港口物流效率的影响较大;港口城市GDP对港口物流效率呈负相关,港口城市总人口对港口物流效率呈负相关,港口城市固定资产投资额对港口物流效率呈正相关,但三者都不显著。
Logistics Efficiency Evaluation and Its Influencing Factors of Hainan Ports—Based on DEA-Tobit Model
Four ports,namely Haikou Port,Sanya Port,Yangpu Port,and Basuo Port,are selected as the research objects.The data of nearly 10 years from 2013 to 2022 are taken as the basis for efficiency evaluation,and the DEA-Tobit model is used to evaluate the logistics efficiency of Hainan ports and analyze the factors influencing the efficiency.The research results show that the logistics efficiency value of Haikou Port is the highest,reaching DEA efficiency in re-cent years and having the best development.The development of Yangpu Port is progressive and getting better year by year,reaching DEA efficiency in 2022.The low scale efficiency value of Sanya Port leads to a low comprehensive effi-ciency value,and its development has been stagnant in recent years.The overall development of Basuo Port is relatively stable,but it has made more investments in port technology,and the economic benefits brought by technology are rela-tively prominent.Among the influencing factors,the total foreign trade volume of port cities has a significantly positive correlation with port logistics efficiency,and it has a relatively large impact on port logistics efficiency.The GDP of port cities is negatively correlated with port logistics efficiency,and the total population of port cities is negatively correlated with port logistics efficiency,while the fixed asset investment amount of port cities is positively correlated with port logis-tics efficiency.But none of these three correlations is significant.
