随着旅游业的快速增长与市场竞争的日益激烈,海南陵水南湾猴岛面临着提升旅游品质和增强旅游效益的紧迫挑战。基于RMP理论,通过对南湾猴岛的旅游资源、市场需求及产品开发现状进行调查分析,发现南湾猴岛存在自然资源保护与旅游发展之间的矛盾、市场定位不准、品牌推广力弱、产品整合与创新不够、基础设施老旧以及社区参与度低等问题。解决这些问题,可以通过实施多元化文化策略、文创产品策略、市场拓展与优化策略、管理机制创新策略以及综合旅游提升策略,来提高旅游服务质量,增强市场竞争力,推动南湾猴岛旅游业可持续发展。
Improving Quality and Benefit of Nanwan Monkey Islet Tourism Development Based on RMP Theory
With the rapid growth of tourism and the increasingly fierce market competition,Nanwan Monkey Islet in Lingshui Hainan faces the urgent challenge of improving tourism quality and enhancing tourism benefits.Based on the RMP theory,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of tourism resources,market demand and product de-velopment in Nanwan Monkey Islet reveals problems in the contradiction between natural resources protection and tourism development,insufficient market positioning,weak branding power,insufficient product integration and innovation,old in-frastructure and low community participation.In order to solve these problems,it is possible to improve the quality of tourism services,enhance market competitiveness,and promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry of Nanwan Monkey Islet by implementing the strategies of diversified culture,cultural and creative products,market expan-sion and optimisation,management mechanism innovation,and comprehensive tourism enhancement.
