Communication within Qiongya Party Organization of CPC during the Agrarian Revolution
During the period of the Agrarian Revolution,communication within Qiongya party organization of CPC did not enjoy the daily convenience of sea transportation due to the political oppression of the authorities,and on the contrary,it was caught in a difficult state of intermittent communication with the higher party organizations.Due to Qiongya's position as the origin of the revolution,the Central Committee of CPC and Guangdong Provincial Party Commit-tee had been actively guiding and investing a lot of manpower and material resources in building the party's internal transportation network,not only trying their best to transport documents,newspapers,magazines,weapons,ammunition and other materials and equipment,but also sending backbone forces to Qiongya from time to time to inspect and guide the work.During the period of the Agrarian Revolution,the communication within Qiongya party organization of CPC was basically limited to the island,and in addition to the leadership of the Party,the support of the social power of the lo-cal people in the form of"people hiding people"also played a central role.Studying the dissemination process and ef-fect of the issuance of government orders and the submission of requests in the special area of Qiongya party organiza-tion of CPC helps to identify the interference and noise that affect the dissemination process of special political informa-tion,as well as the constituent factors of the subjective and objective conditions that maintain close connections.
