《克尔西敕令》与西法兰克王国贵族领地世袭化探析

摘要
在加洛林时代,贵族领地事实上世袭继承的现象长期存在.秃头查理及其之前的加洛林君主在贵族领地世袭继承的问题上一直拥有决定性的权力,但在秃头查理崩逝后,加洛林王室衰微,在此问题上无法像此前那样施加决定性的影响.《克尔西敕令》在贵族领地世袭化的问题上并不是一种开创性的突破,而是对于以往既成历史事实的一种承认,故而,不宜夸大它在贵族领地世袭化问题上的作用.
Abstract
The de facto hereditary succession of nobles'domains had existed for a long time in the Carolingian era,but Charles the Bald and the Carolingian monarchs before him had been decisive in the issue of hereditary succession of nobles'domains,and after the death of Charles the Bald the Carolingian royal family declined and was unable to exert a decisive influence on this issue as it had done before.The Capitulary of Quierzy was not a groundbreaking break-through on the issue of hereditary nobility,but rather an acknowledgement of the historical facts of the past,and its role in the hereditary nobility should not be exaggerated.
