摘要

Mn-Ni-Mo钢具有良好的焊接性能、较好的强韧性和抗中子辐照脆化性能,常用于制作压水堆核电容器用大锻件.但Mn-Ni-Mo钢的淬透性中等,先进核电容器用Mn-Ni-Mo钢大锻件难以通过常规热处理获得所需要的高性能.2000 年以来,上海电气上重铸锻有限公司(简称上重)联合上海交通大学在材料特性、热处理工艺和淬火装置等方面进行了试验研究,结果显著提升了核电容器用Mn-Ni-Mo钢大锻件的热处理技术水平,上重制造的核电容器用大锻件性能达到了国际先进水平.

Abstract

Mn-Ni-Mo steel has good weldability,better strength and toughness and resistance to neutron irradiation embrittlement,is used commonly to make heavy forgings for nuclear-powered container in pressurized water reactor(PWR).However,the hardenability of Mn-Ni-Mo steel is moderate level,hence,the desirable high performance of the heavy Mn-Ni-Mo steel forgings used for advanced nuclear-powered container is difficult to be obtained by conventional heat treatment.Since 2000,Shanghai Electric SHMP Casting&Forging Co.,Ltd.(SCF)in collaboration with Shanghai Jiao Tong University conducted experimental research on material characteristics,heat treatment processes,quenching devices,etc,and,as a result,the level of heat treatment technology for heavy Mn-Ni-Mo steel forgings used for nuclear-powered container was significantly increased,and the performance of heavy Mn-Ni-Mo steel forgings used for nuclear-powered container manufactured by SCF has reached the internationally advanced level.
