摘要

TA15 钛合金产品通常都要进行退火处理.为揭示退火温度对其显微组织和力学性能的影响,对φ350 mm的TA15 钛合金试棒分别进行了在760℃、800℃ 和 840℃ 保温 2h空冷至室温的退火.随后采用扫描电镜和电子万能拉伸试验机检测了试棒的显微组织、室温和高温拉伸性能以及拉伸断口的形貌.结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,β相转变的组织增多,细小的α相充分球化且杂乱分布;随着退火温度的升高,合金的室温抗拉强度升高,室温屈服强度先升高后略微降低,断后伸长率降低,而高温抗拉强度和屈服强度均升高,塑性变化不大,拉伸断口的韧窝变大变浅,以韧性断裂为主.

Abstract

TA15 titanium alloy products are to be annealed usually.350-mm-diam TA15 titanium ally test bars were annealed by soaking at 760,800 and 840℃ for 2 h followed by air cooling to room temperature,respectively,and then were tested for microstructure,tensile properties at both room temperature and high temperature and pattern of tensile fracture via scanning electron microscope and electronic universal tensile testing machine,to discover the effect of annealing temperature on its microstructure and mechanical properties.The results showed that(a)with the increase in annealing temperature,β-phase transformed constituents increased,and fine α phase was fully spheroidized and distributed disorderly;and(b)as the annealing temperature rose,the alloy increased in tensile strength,increased at first and then decreased slightly in yield strength,and decreased in elongation at room temperature,and increased in tensile and yield strengths,had no evident change in plasticity at high temperature,as well as dimples at tensile fracture became lager and more shallow,being mainly ductile fracture.
