摘要

根据金属材料拉伸试验的原理和方法以及计算力学性能指标的公式建立数学模型.随后按相关标准和测量不确定度评定程序确定GH4169 高温合金圆棒试样室温拉伸试验的测量不确定度来源及相应的不确定度分量.采用A类和B 类不确定度评定方法评定拉伸性能的合成不确定度.以95%的置信度评定了GH4169 高温合金圆棒试样拉伸试验的测量不确定度.

Abstract

A mathematical model was established on the basis of the principle and method of tensile test and the formulas used for calculating mechanical property indexes for metallic material.Subsequently,the sources of measurement uncertainty of GH4169 superalloy round bar specimen in room-temperature tensile testing and the corresponding uncertainty components were determined according to relevant standards and measurement uncertainty evaluation program.The composite uncertainty of tensile properties was evaluated by using uncertainty evaluation methods of classes A and B.The measuring uncertainty of GH4169 superalloy round bar specimen in tensile testing was evaluated at a confidence of 95%.
