以高熵合金作黏结剂制备硬质合金的现状

摘要
自20 世纪初问世以来,硬质合金一直是重要的工程材料.采用高熵合金替代Co作黏结剂能提高硬质合金的硬度和耐磨性并降低生产成本.综述了近年来采用高熵合金作黏结剂制备硬质合金的进展,包括制备以高熵合金作黏结剂的硬质合金的碳化物WC和TiC,放电等离子烧结、自蔓延高温合成、真空烧结和热压法等以高熵合金作黏结剂的硬质合金的制备工艺,以及用高熵合金黏结的硬质合金的力学性能、抗高温氧化性能、耐磨性能和耐蚀性能.
Abstract
Cemented carbides are always an important engineering material since they came out in the early 1920s.The use of high entropy alloy(HEA)instead of Co as binder can increase hardness and wear resistance of cemented carbides and reduce their production cost.The progress in fabricating cemented carbides by using high entropy alloy as binder in recent years were summarized,involving(a)the carbides WC and TiC used for fabricating cemented carbides by using HEA as binder,(b)the methods for fabricating cemented carbides in which HEA is used as binder,such as spark plasma sintering,self-propagation high-temperature synthesis,vacuum sintering and hot pressing,and(c)mechanical properties,resistances to high temperature oxidation,wear and corrosion of the cemented carbides bound by HEA.
