摘要

分别以0.9 mm/min、7 mm/min、24 mm/min的拉伸速率对 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢进行了拉伸试验,以揭示拉伸速率对05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢拉伸性能的影响.分析了在测定了RP0.2 后以较高速率进行的拉伸试验对Rm 真实值的影响.结果表明:拉伸速率不同,测定的 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢的拉伸性能也不同;随着拉伸速率的提高,由于瞬时惯性作用拉伸曲线偏高,测定的Rm值明显大于真实值.合理选择和控制拉伸试验不同阶段的拉伸速率是确保试验结果真实和可靠的重要条件.

Abstract

The tensile tests in which the tensile rates were respectively 0.9 mm/min,7 mm/min and 24 mm/min were carried out on 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel,to discover the effect of tensile rate on its tensile properties.The influence of tensile test performed at a higher rate after RP0.2 being measured on the real Rm value was analyzed.The results showed that(a)the different tensile rates resulted in different tensile properties for 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel;and(b)as the tensile rate was increased,the tensile curve was on the high side by the action of the instantaneous inertia,and the measured Rm values were considerably greater than the real values.The reasonable selection and control at different stages of the tensile test are an important condition to ensure that the test results are real and reliable.
