摘要

对ϕ140 mm的TC19 钛合金试棒分别进行了在910℃、930℃、950℃和970℃加热2h水冷的固溶处理.随后检测了试棒的显微组织、冲击性能和冲击断口的微观形貌.结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高,TC19 合金中初生α相减少且大多呈等轴状;在单相区温度固溶处理的合金初生α相完全消失,出现粗大β相;随着固溶温度的升高,合金在裂纹萌生阶段吸收的能量减小,而在裂纹扩展阶段吸收的能量逐渐增多,即合金的冲击性能降低;在两相区温度固溶处理的TC19 合金冲击断口主要由等轴状韧窝构成,且随着固溶温度的升高,韧窝数量减少;在单相区温度固溶处理的合金冲击断口主要呈岩石状,且有明显的空洞.

Abstract

TC19 titanium alloy test bars 140 mm in diameter were solution treated by heating at 910,930,950 and 970℃for 2 h followed by water cooling,respectively.After this,the test bars were tested for microstructure,impact property and microscopic morphology of the impact fracture.The results showed that(a)as the solution temperature rose,the primary α phases decreased and mostly were in equiaxed form in the TC19 alloy;(b)the primary α phase disappeared completely and the coarse β phases appeared in the TC19 alloy solution treated at the single-phase region temperature;(c)with the rise in solution temperature,the energy absorbed by the alloy decreased in the crack initiation stage,and increased in the crack propagation stage,that is,the impact property of the alloy decreased;(d)the impact fracture of the TC19 alloy solution treated at the two-phase region temperature was mainly composed of equiaxed dimples,and as the solution temperature rose,the number of dimples decreased;and(e)the impact fracture of the TC19 ally solution treated at the single-phase region temperature was largely rock-like,and exhibited obvious voids.
