摘要

多件地铁扣件用Q235-A钢T形螺栓在使用中开裂或断裂.通过断口分析、金相检验、硬度测定和化学成分检测等分析了两件T形螺栓开裂的原因.结果表明:开裂T形螺栓的硬度和化学成分均符合要求,无夹杂物等冶金缺陷;螺栓颈部转角的半径过小从而产生应力集中,且侧向应力过大,导致其使用中疲劳开裂或疲劳断裂.

Abstract

Many pieces of Q235-A steel T-shaped bolt used for subway fastener cracked or fractured in service.The causes for cracking of two pieces of T-shaped bolt were analyzed via fracture tests,metallographic examination,hardness measurements and chemical composition detection.The results indicated that(a)the cracked T-shaped bolts all exhibited hardness and chemical composition which conformed with the requirements,and were free from both inclusion and other metallurgical defect;and(b)the radius of the neck corner of the bolts was too small with the result that the stress concentration occurred,and the lateral stress was excessively large,resulting in their fatigue cracking or fatigue fracturing in service.
