核电厂钨基屏蔽材料制备工艺及性能研究

摘要
为满足对核电站新的防辐射要求,采用高能等离子喷涂技术在 45 钢板上制备了W、W-Ni和W-Ni-Cr涂层,检测了涂层的显微组织、硬度、结合强度和成分分布,并采用实验室放射源测试研究了涂层和铅的屏蔽性能.结果表明:与W和W-Ni-Cr涂层相比,W-Ni涂层较均匀致密,孔隙率较小,为4.7%,硬度高达500~550 HV0.3,结合强度高于67.5 MPa;W-Ni涂层的屏蔽性能最佳,4 mm厚W-Ni涂层的屏蔽效果是相同厚度Pb涂层的1.16 倍.
Abstract
To meet new radiation protection requirements for nuclear power plants,W,W-Ni and W-Ni-Cr coatings were prepared on 45 steel plate by a high energy plasma spraying technology.The microstructure,hardness,bonding strength and composition distribution of the coatings were tested,and the shielding abilities of the coatings and lead were investigated by a laboratory radioactive source test.The result showed that(a)W-Ni coating was more uniform and denser than did W and W-Ni-Cr coatings,and exhibited porosity as less as 4.7%,hardness as high as 500 to 550 HV0.3 and bonding strength as high as 67.5 MPa or more;and(c)W-Ni coating offered the best shielding ability,and the shielding effect of 4 mm thick W-Ni coating was 1.16 times that of Pb with the same thickness.
